Since its inception in 2016, HBCU Holdings has focused its portfolio and investment efforts in around one of the largest HBCU Colleges in the US, Southern University A&M College. With an existing portfolio of over 100 Beds and 30 properties in Baton Rouge & surrounding areas, we have become local leaders and have leveraged relationships to secure all properties off-market and at a discount to market rates. Our thesis is centered on the consolidation of Student Housing, Commercial and New Construction around HBCUs.
